Must cancel appt 48 hrs before scheduled appointment or 50% of services scheduled will automatically be charged to card provided. Fee is to be paid the day of short notice cancellation/no call no show appt.
No call no show:
(1) Banned from online scheduling for one (1) month
(2) Banned from online scheduling for six (6) months
(3) Banned indefinitely
